• No guaranteed parking space or lot access; parking is first-come, first-served.
• City of San Diego resident verification may take up to two business days.

 Permit Validity

• Permits apply only to registered vehicles at the time of application.
• Non-transferable and non-refundable. Misuse (e.g., selling or altering) leads to revocation.

 Excluded Areas

• Permits do not include:
• San Diego Zoo parking lot.
• Adjacent on-street areas (e.g., 6th Ave, Park Blvd).

Fees & Payment

• Account verification fees are vendor-based, not City-imposed.
• All fees are non-refundable.

 Enforcement

• Active enforcement in place.
• Permits do not override California Vehicle Code or San Diego Municipal regulations.
• Violations may result in citations or vehicle impoundment.

Data & Privacy

• Applicant data used only for permit administration.
• Data will not be disclosed to any third party without a valid legal mandate (e.g., court order or warrant). All handling of sensitive information will comply with City Administrative Regulation A.R. 90.64, industry-standard encryption protocols, and the confidentiality provisions outlined in our contract.
