 Excluded Areas

• Permits do not include:
• San Diego Zoo parking lot.
• Adjacent on-street areas (e.g., 6th Ave, Park Blvd).

Fees & Payment

• Account verification fees are vendor-based, not City-imposed.
• All fees are non-refundable.

 Enforcement

• Active enforcement in place.
• Permits do not override California Vehicle Code or San Diego Municipal regulations.
• Violations may result in citations or vehicle impoundment.

Data & Privacy

• Applicant data used only for permit administration.
• Shared only as required by law.
